Description
Blue bleaching powder with built-in Plex. Protective formula with hyaluronic acid. Lightens up to 9 levels or more. Non-volatile. Vegan product.
Ideal for use with quick-flashy, speedy wick, cotton or foil techniques.
Formulated with PLEX and VEGAN care for maximum protection.
Instructions for use: In a plastic, non-metallic bowl, mix the bleaching powder with 10 vol (3%), 20 vol (6%), 30 vol (9%) or 40 vol (12%) oxidant using a dilution ratio of 1:2.
Application time varies depending on the desired result. Do not exceed 45 minutes. Check hair frequently during application. Do not use additional heat.
