Kerasoin Professionnel's 10 volume cream oxidant has a universal formula compatible with most oxidative hair colors and bleaching powders. Its soft and pleasant texture simplifies the application of your techniques. The 10-volume developer contains 3% hydrogen peroxide. It allows you to darken or color your hair while maintaining the same tone level. It is ideal for re-pigmenting bleached, colored, or damaged hair, or for coloring without lightening. Mixed with a bleaching powder, it allows for a slight lightening effect.
