No peroxide/oxidant is required. Its gentle formula does not cause bleaching, but its high tone-on-tone coverage perfectly covers gray hair. Use precision scales; simply mix 10 grams of "COLOR WATER" powder with 60 grams (60 ml) of drinking water.
